A booking is considered confirmed as from the date purchased with confirmation email.

If shoots are cancelled with more than 72 hours notice from Headshot Time no fee is charged.

If shoots are cancelled within 72 hours from Headshot Time a 100% fee is charged.

The timed notice is taken from when you first make contact via the cancellation form.

Note: Due to high demand we are unable to reschedule the shoot, you must go through the booking process again.

Where photography has been commissioned, the client and the photographer agree that copyright is retained by Purple Vision Studios.

Purple Vision Studios & Hannah Davis reserves the right to use images for marketing and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed.

There is no right to reject on the basis of style or composition.

A Licence to Use will be granted to the client and comes into effect from the date of payment of the relevant invoice. No use may be made of the Photographs before payment in full of the relevant invoice without the express permission from Purple Vision Studios. Any permission which may be given for prior use will automatically be revoked if full payment is not made by the due date.

# Gift Card Terms and Conditions

- Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase

- Sessions must be booked in advance and are subject to availability

- Gift cards are non-refundable but are fully transferable

- Additional digital images can be purchased separately

- Rescheduling requires 48 hours notice

- Sessions take place at our studio location only
